1. Use of the Platform

1.2 Account: Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse Helolokal. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Uploading malicious code or content.
• Harassing, defaming, abusing, or threatening others.

2. Content

2.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on Helolokal. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and share it to operate and promote the Platform.

2.2 Our Content: All trademarks, service marks, and content on Helolokal (excluding user-generated content) belong to Mettaverse Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

3.1 Payments: If you make any payments or bookings through Helolokal, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

3.2 Cancellation: Different activities, bookings, or services may have different cancellation policies, which will be stated at the point of purchase or booking. Please review these carefully before confirming.

3.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific terms for each service or product. Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Mettaverse Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determine final refund eligibility.

4. Future Rewards System

4.1 Helolokal may introduce a rewards system in the future (“Helopoints” or similar). Details of how to earn, redeem, and use these rewards will be outlined in separate Rewards Terms when launched.

4.2 Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if unused within the period stated in the Rewards Terms.

4.3 Mettaverse Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards system at its discretion, including adjusting point balances due to misuse or error.

5. Community Guidelines

When using Helolokal, you agree to uphold our community values:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy.
• Do not post or share unlawful, hateful, violent, or misleading content.
• Respect local communities, cultures, and the environment when engaging with Helolokal experiences.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Third-Party Links

Helolokal may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not own or control. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Helolokal at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

8. Compliance with Local Regulations

You agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations when using Helolokal. Users outside Malaysia are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with their local laws.

9. Disclaimer

Helolokal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mettaverse Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mettaverse Sdn Bhd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Helolokal or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of Helolokal after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
