Helolokal.com is an online experience marketplace that enables users of the site (Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors/Visitors) and certain third parties who offer services (Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers) to publish services (Services) in respect of certain experiences on helolokal.com and to transact with Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors/Visitors who are seeking to book such Services. Services may include the offering of vacation experiences and a variety of other experiences and non-experience related services. As an online provider, Helolokal is not responsible for the delivery of any of the experiences offered. The Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers are responsible for the carrying out of their Services. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, Helolokal has no control over and does not guarantee (i) the existence, quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any Services, (ii) the truth or accuracy of any adventure descriptions, Ratings or Reviews, or other information provided to it by the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers or Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors/Visitors, or (iii) the performance or conduct of any Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, Travellers/Visitors or third party. Helolokal does not endorse any Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, Travellers/Visitors, or Services. Any references to a Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers being “our pick” (or similar language) only indicate that the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers has represented to us that they have favourable terms and conditions as compared to other Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers/Hospitality Service Providers. Any such description is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Helolokal about any Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, including of the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers background or whether the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers is trustworthy, safe or suitable. You should always exercise due diligence and care when deciding whether to participate in an Activity or use other Services. To promote Helolokal.com and to increase the exposure of adventures to potential Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors, Adventures may be displayed on other websites, in applications, within emails, and in online and offline advertisements. To assist Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors who speak different languages, adventures may be translated, in whole or in part, into other languages. Helolokal cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of such translations and Travellers/Visitorss/Visitors are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of such translations. Helolokal.com may contain links to third-party websites or resources (Third-Party Services). Such Third Party Services may be subject to different terms and conditions and privacy practices. Helolokal is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such Third-Party Services, or the content, products, or services available from such Third-Party Services. Links to such Third-Party Services are not an endorsement by Helolokal of such Third-Party Services. Booking Terms
Subject to meeting any requirements set by the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, Travellers/Visitors can book an adventure available on Helolokal.com by following the respective booking process. All applicable fees and any applicable taxes (collectively, Total Fees) will be presented to you prior to booking an adventure. You agree to pay the Total Fees for any booking requested by you. Upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Helolokal, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, subject to any additional terms and conditions of the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers that apply, including in particular the applicable cancellation policy and any rules and restrictions specified in the Listing. Helolokal will collect the Total Fees at the time of the booking request or upon the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers confirmation pursuant to the payment terms herein. If you book an adventure on behalf of additional Travellers/Visitors, you are required to ensure that every additional Travellers/Visitors meets any requirements set by the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers, and is made aware of and agrees to these Terms and any terms and conditions, rules and restrictions set by the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers. You should carefully review the description of any adventure you intend to book to ensure you (and any additional guests you are booking for) meet any minimum age, proficiency, fitness or other requirements is specified. You are required to inform the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers of any medical or physical conditions, or other circumstances that may impact your and any additional Travellers/Visitors ability to safely participate in any adventure. You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your participation in an adventure. Before and during an adventure, Travellers/Visitors must at all times adhere to the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers instructions, provided that such instructions are not to be unreasonably given. Travellers/Visitors may not bring any additional individuals to an adventure unless such an individual was included by you as an additional Travellers/Visitors during the booking process on helolokal.com

Booking & Reservation Policy

1. Reservation is considered as successful once booking is made/paid and you’ll receive a notification (email).
2. In (unlikely but can happen) the event that the reservation suddenly became unavailable at the time of successful bookings due to multiple booking activities happening at the same time, we will contact you with either new dates option or to refund you in full if dates are unfavorable.

Booking Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds
Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers and Travellers/Visitors are responsible for any modifications to a booking that they make through helolokal.com or direct Helolokal customer support (Booking Modifications), and agree to pay any additional fees and/or taxes associated with such Booking Modifications. Travellers/Visitors can cancel a confirmed booking at any time subject to the applicable Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers cancellation policy. If a Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers cancels a confirmed booking, the Travellers/Visitors will receive a full refund of the fees for such booking. For adventures, if adverse weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances create an unsafe or uncomfortable scenario for Travellers/Visitors, Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers may modify, postpone or cancel a confirmed booking in accordance with the Local Operators/Hospitality Service Providers cancellation policy For the avoidance of doubt, all purchases of Helolokal Gift Cards, and Gift Experiences are non-refundable. Should the recipient of a Helolokal Gift Experience notify Helolokal of their wish to convert their Gift Experience into a Gift Card, we may decide, in its sole discretion, to enable such conversion

• Canceling within 7 days will result in a full refund,
• Canceling within 3 days will result in a 50% refund,
• Canceling less than 3 days before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.

Unacceptable activity
You must not do any act that we would deem to be inappropriate, is unlawful or is prohibited by any laws applicable to our website, including but not limited to: any act that would constitute a breach of either the privacy (including uploading private or personal information without an individual’s consent) or any other of the legal rights of individuals; using this website to defame or libel us, our employees or other individuals; uploading files that contain viruses that may cause damage to our property or the property of other individuals; and posting or transmitting to this website any non-authorised material including, but not limited to, material that is, in our opinion, likely to cause annoyance, or which is defamatory, racist, cruelties, obscene, threatening, pornographic or otherwise or which is detrimental to or in violation of our systems or a third party’s systems or network security.
