For a while \u2013 Helolokal is often mistaken for a travel agency or a Destination Management Company (DMC). We understand why \u2014 we design journeys, curate experiences, and work closely with local operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the difference is FUNDAMENTAL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel agencies and DMCs sell and control<\/strong> itineraries. They package, price, manage logistics, and often sit between the traveller and the local operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helolokal does not replace local operators.<\/strong>
We don\u2019t own the tours.
We don\u2019t absorb the communities.
We don\u2019t centralise control.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
